Thermometer for Outside Temperature

I'd like to get a thermometer to show the outside temperature and was thinking that a small rectangular one could stick on the side mirror, but have not been able to find one.

The thermometers for aquariums have too small a range. Does anyone know of a source for an outside stick on thermometer? Or any other suggestions?

Outside temp

Doesn't your car already have an outside temp reading? My 2000 SE had one that was activated by hitting the AMB button on the climate control. The 2002 SE has it located in the dash on the trip computer. Was the SE available without that option? Or is it just not accurate enough for you?

My 1993 GXE had the ambient temperature in the automatic climate control system, but my 2001 has manual hvac. I believe you can only get the automatic cc with the leather package. I haven't seen a thermometer in the trip computer and I have read the manual (on my first day of ownership).

the air temperature would only be on your trip computer if you had a 02. My friend did wire an auto thermometer (available at like walmart and stuff) outside and cut an open button in the space like under the dash and putt in the thermometer. It looks pretty original but was in fact a lot of work for something so small.
