I have been waiting to buy them. I like the axis Hagen's but waiting from wholesale dealer to find out if I can get in gunmetal. Or do you think gunmetal wouldn't look good on a gray lustre Maxima.

 

I think gunmetal looks horrible on any color car.

 

I think Grey Lustre is too close to gunmetal for either to come out better for the color combination. Get silver. Oh yeah, I like the second ones...

Just always looks dirty and brake dust covered...

 

i dont like the gun-metal/black rims either...

BUT

they look soo friken nice w/ a big silver lip. so nice

 

go with the Sebrings if it's not too late.....there's something about how the wheels "look", especially chrome mesh type, while your rolling.

 

Gunmetal rims look nice on dark or silver colored cars. Silvers are plain and they GET dirtier looking in a few days. Not to mention that they look like cheap plastic rims with that clearcoat on them. I suggest a balance- something like a polished metal look, semi shiny, not too plasticky, and not dark as tires.

Allright I picked the Axis Hagen's and they only come in two colors
1. silver (pictured)
2. shadow (looks darker then gunmetal) It's not on website but in there 2002 wheel catalog. looks black to me.

I guess I will have to wait till I call Axis and ask them what it looks more like gunmetal or black.

 

does anyone know how opal machined, blac opal pearlscent, graphite, titanium, and platinum-finished wheels look like? I got these from discounttiredirect, these are the colors Konig Blatants, and Verditcs come in...I wonder what looks good on sunlit sand car..damn color.
