Help, turning left noises.
Help, turning left noises.
I hope some of you can help me recognize this possible problem im having. About 2 weeks ago, I started hearing noises from my front end. At first, I thought it was my brakes. Yes they are making some noise now, because the pads are getting thin. Soon after, I realized when it was specificaly occuring. When I turn left, and go over a bump, I hear a knocking springy sound front the front left. It occurs always when im turning left into my driveway for example, because of the small curb. Now, I did install my H&R's 2 days ago, so I thought maybe by taking apart my front suspension, the sound would go away. It didn't. If I'm driving strait, their are no sounds....Do any of you have any idea? My best guess right now is either the CV Joint, or the strut itself. Let me know, Thanks.

I hear what you are saying, but I've been told this only occurs when you turn the steering wheel all the way....I could make a quarter turn, and the noise will occur. Your theory may not apply hear unless you know otherwise. I would appreciate the input.
