I have real HIDS on my 2002 Se, Ive used Nokya 9005' for my high beams, and Piaa's for the corners and the other interior lights..I like them both. Dont expect a $30.00 bulb to make you look like a REAL HID look....It just makes it look nicer...

I just put Xenon eaglite's in my 2k2 highbeams(9005)and in my fogs(H3).They were $16.00 a pair and they are bright as hell. They give off a super white light and match my HID's quite well. Now when I look at the front, all the lights are the same color and it makes it look very nice.I got them from midnightmoose.com and they arrived 2 days later in the mail nicely packaged. Also changed every other bulb in my car(except HID's)with Xenon hyper white LED bulbs.Cost me 90.00 with shipping to redo every single light.not bad,one set of PIAA's is 70.00.Also got a 90 day warranty against them blowing out but for 16.00 who gives a rats a$$.

Yup, I did the same thing on my 2k2 GLE... midnightmoose.com. They are superbright & for $15.49 you can't find cheaper bulbs! Check out MY WEBSITE HERE for more info & pics.

When I turn on the high beams, the light is so bright that it reflects off of the highway signs & almost blinds me! Worth the $15!

Later,
G

Go for PIAA

Application: 5th Gen. Max.

For closer to sunlight color go for the Super Plasma (5000K; 55/60w =100/100w).
For higher output go for the Xtreme Whites (4150K; 60/55w=135/125w).

BTW, K = Kelvin Scale (Measures the color of light). Sunlight is at 5250K.

I just put NOKYA 9005 High Beam on yesterday. man are those things bright !!! I put my high beams on and they are almost as bright as my real HIDS ! These are better than Piaa's for sure, and I only paid 20.00 . I got them at a local RICE shop....Where every 20 year old stared at the Maxx when I drove in, and asked too many questions...
