April Rebate

FYI: carsdirect.com is posting that the $1000 rebate on Maximas is being continued through April 30, 2002.

the dealership i got my car from is offering $4000 cash back on maximas now oh, and 0.9%. but it has to be off the lot so thats what keeps me from being really ****ed off since i had to order my car.

Damn.... what dealership? And is that $4k cash back off of the MSRP or another figure?

its Harrisonburg Nissan in Virginia. im not absolutely sure what the guidelines are. i just kind of zoned in half way through a commercial on the radio.

I called that Nissan dealership... all they had was the regular $1k cash rebate OR 3.9% financing as the manager told me. I then asked if there would sell about $3-500 below invoice such as the dealers are around the DC area... and he showed how typical of a car salesman he is when he said that thats cause they are taking the cash rebate in that price... but they arent... ill get anohter $1k off when I go to buy.

the radio commercial almostdefinitely said $4000 something for maximas. and definitely said 0.9% financing.

actually, i guess its possible i mistook "one thousand" as "four thousand" since i wasnt really listening but that is when i started to listen better and they definitely said 0.9% financing at the end.
