Finally, installed my RSB today.........all i want to say is WOW !!!!! what a difference it made !

Some of you 2K people who already have the RSB may laugh at me, but i was really surprised how the rear sawy bar improved the car's handling at corners......now the rear of the car has very little flex when i take turns, unlike before where it felt like i was *dragging* the rear end of the car through corners......It feels GREAT !!

This is amazing what a simple bar can do to improve the car's handling, why doesn't Nissan put one in the stock car at the first place ??? that'll save us some $$$ for other mods, he he.

Anyways, don't laugh at me, I'm just very happy at my new mod........if you don't have one, go get it !!!! you won't regret it.

Great to hear you like the bar! Don't say I told you so... If you love the handling now, wait until you get some springs! Its like moving from the Minor Leagues to the Major Leagues (baseball reference). Wonder how the coilovers would feel?

I'm getting one too

I'm gonna get one too and I can't decide whether to go stillen or addco. Also, I live in apartments and don't really have anywhere I can do the install. Has anyone had a shop install theirs? If so, what did it cost?

apartments..

see if one of your friends would let you install it at their house. it'll save money and u getta do it yourself. but as far as the pricing goes at shops.. the job is like a 15min job so look to pay no more than 30 bux. stillen vs adco.. adco uses bushing.. stillen doesn't stillen uses metal brackets that goes directly on the control arms. stillen's sb, should be more responsive.. but not to the point where you can notice it.. i would get stillen.

oops forgot to get rid of my sig

Thanks for the advise kev !!!
I loved the RSB....should've gotten it long time ago....
I think the RSB made a more significant handling improvement than the FSTB (just my own opinion). But i'm glad I got them both now....

Now i'll have to save my money for the VB mod.......(do i hear more $$$ going out of my pocket ?? )

ya, VB upgrade is the next mod on my list too......you'll definately like it. ( Y2KevSE took me for a ride in his car, the shift is really firmer and quicker than our stock shifts, which I like it a lot)

I bought Stillen RSB. Reason 1 is stock market has been good to me, so i thought i'd give myself a little reward
Reason 2 is I'm in LA, just in case something went wrong with my bar, Stillen is only 40 min drive from me, i can have the problem solve right away.

The money is definately well worth it !!

Dumb Question

This may sound kind of dumb, but what exactly is the 'VB' mod.

VB mod is the Valve Body mod for the Auto Trans right? What does this cost and isn't the infamous Don who does this located in Dallas? If so, anyone know what it costs?

Should be about 400... it increases line pressure causing a firmer, quicker shift. Recommended highly by everyone who has it.
