6-speed 2k2 vs. Supercharged 2k1 A.E. who wins?
The Supercharged A.E. has 6lbs. of boost and the 6 speed is normally aspired.

SC'ed Max (auto or manual) will be making more wheel hp than the 2k2.

I agree. The SC is going to eat the 2k2. The SC should be putting at least 250~260 at the wheels, the 2k2 will get 210 w' intake if lucky. Although a little happy gas will make it all beter.....

The 6 speed would win, but only cause I own one and nothing can beat a 6 Speed Maxima . Not even a 911 or Z06!!!

Just go to the track this weekend and run them. Then tell us how you did, not this woulda coulda shoulda stuff.

if its a auto AE than i would have to say it would get the jump and pull at first but top speed the 6 speed would walk away! 4 speed tranny sucks gears are too long!

No prob...I just installed the ACT clutch and as soon as I break that sucker in then its track time cause I know Ive been saying this for a bit but hopefully the nitrous kit shoud go in next wk or early the week after...then Im going back to the track

Walk away? Are you sure about that? Maybe we should compare dyno plots (stock 2k2 vs. SC Max on stock boost).

ok stock SC pulley is 6 psi how much psi is really being used? i know memebers used to say they used to only get 4-5 psi with the stock pulley..... what are the dyno numbers for a 2k1 auto with a SC w/ stock pulley? take my dyno and compare it he never said stock 2k2 230.4 hp 234 tq OH yeah read D2k man or whatever his name is post.... i kinda quote..... that from 0-70 he could beat almost anything out there but from 70-120 he thinks that a stock 5 speed would be able to take him bc a autos 4 speed gearing is way too long to get into boost quick and have maximum boost for optimal time...... and if i remember correctly one did take him or came close to it "stock" and he had a SC and mods to my understanding and it was AUTO!

Actually the comparison was a Stock 2k2 and a 2k1 AE with the stock pulley....you are a 2k2 with mods which would put you in my category a SC with mods...300fwhp and 250lbs torque.. just defending my fellow supercharged maxes...
