Will there be any performance difference between a new 2002 SE Max and a GLE?

We bought the GLE today


Also, if i want to put some different 17/18 inch wheels on the car will that void the warranty or something?

GLE is a bit heavier than SE...........i think
SE has sports suspension (stiffer)
putting new wheels on your car will not void your warranty

Hey new owner!
Got mine in Feb. and love it. Bought a 2k2 Maxima SE 6speed. It's loaded (more so than I had picked out originally- but now like playing with the NAV).
Your question about power? SE vs GLE: No HP difference but the manual option gets it to 60mph .8 seconds quicker (6.0 vs 6.8)...
As for rims? I went with 17" Focal F-10. I decided to stay with 17's (like the OEM's)- cannot void your warranty! Neither will an Air Intake or Exhaust...which I did with Stillen Performance
Suggestion: go to the local autozone/pep boys,etc... and buy a K&N air filter element ($39.99). It improves air flow 20% and lasts a lifetime (just requires cleaning every 5,000 miles). You should get a quick 3hp increase and the motor breathes much better.
