HP Figures

If you go to hte Injen site, they claim the new Acura RSX gets 18.1 extra HP with their intake. Isnt that a 2.0L engine? With the Much Larger 3.5L couldnt 16hp be attainable?? Especially if it's sucking colder compressed air???

Just depends. From what i've seen Nissan engines aren't as choked up as some Honda engines i know.

It's all about effective RPM. The Max makes its power from 3k on up, whereas the RSX doesn't really get hopping until around 6k.

It makes sense that you'd see a bigger increase on cars where the peak hp figure is way up on the tach, since it's moving much more air at that specific RPM.
