I was running home yesterday afternoon when I come on the exact same car as my own, Sterling Mist 2k2 SE. It probably was an auto though. I notice that we both move over at the same time and he guns it cause the car squats and takes off. The next time I would be ready. We started at 75, stupidly I had all four windows down AND sunroof open. He had all his windows up. I actually crawled on by him to about 120. I don't know if it was the tranny or the intake but either way I am happy

do you have NAV? If you do and he doesn't, it's a clear win every time.

Actually I just had NISMO certify for me that my Navi, gives me 15 more HP ! ... I raced a 2K2 6 speed from a stop.. ( LEFTCOAST) and he walked me by 2 cars...He had a frankencar, and full catback , I only had the Berk intake....

 

What!?????????? The GPS Nav gives an extra 15hp? doesn't make sense.... elaborate cuz I have the Nave and a 6speed

Actually i contacted nismo earlier about that and its more like +11hp for the nav, i dunno where he got 15 from

 

I think some of our members aren't getting enough O2 on their SENSORS !

I thought it was only yellow and/or chinese character stickers that increase your HP. I could be wrong...

 

since ours is CD based it gives 2 to 5 hp, but on Acura's Type S's DVD based nav it is more like 20 to 30 hp, don't beleive me just ask Russ.
