I tried looking up the value at edmunds.com and kbb.com, but neither of those sites list any values for the 2002 Maximas. As many of you know, I'm getting rid of her (yeah, yeah....I know). It has a little over 9000 miles on it and no wrecks or funny business. The options are a power sunroof, floor mats, mud guards, and wind deflector. It is a 6spd as well. How much is my car worth? Please, no flames or deragatory remarks, I only want to know its value now.

 

but I almost sold my max at 6500 miles.. really wanted to wash my hands of the whole ordeal, not the car more so the dealers. Anywho, I was looking at about about 2k off what I paid. Thats kinda of a rule of thumb it seems while you are still under 12K, $2000-3000 off.

Set a price.. I have pics of your car, someone at work *may* be interested. they are total cheap-a$$es but they've been asking me about good deals on a maxima. I think they were interested in a 99. but I can run the deal by them.. cant hurt.

Any current model is going to be a crusher cause you take all of the new depreciation. My guess at least $5>8K

 

I know you won't want to hear this but you can buy a new max for 3K-4K under sticker, so who in ther right mind would pay the same for your car with 9,000 miles on it, and don't forget the dealer has to make his money? Right now your car is probably worth about 18-20 Grand. I went through this myself with a few dealers and I backed out because I didn't want to take that much of a loss. The new ones are so cheep right now, thats killing you used car value! Wait until the 03 is out, the new 02's are gone, and maby things will change.
