k+n hissing

ive been searching and you cant search for k+n because its only 3 letters or some bull**** like that....well i was searching, and mostly 5th gens were having my problem so i thought id post here (im a 4th gen)....well yesterday after chaning my fuel filter, i got a hissing sound....but it wasnt from the fuel filter....came from my k+n...anyone know what a cause of this is....it sounds like there is a leak in the K+N itself, making the "SSSSSSSSSSS" sound.....should i be concerned about this?

if you have an intake... you may have bent some of the fins on the k/n. the k/n filter on our 4th gen project car has soooo many fins bent, the car has hissed a different tone every time we work on it. Oh well, the air flow and filtering capabilities are not going to be affected so much that you should take notice.
