Question to all 5th gen (2k, 2k1, & 2k2) Manual Tranny!?

This is a good question that a customer made and Ive tried ACT direct, and also Courtesy Nissan and neither had a response..the question is does the clutch from a 2000 or 2001 fit the 2002? This info would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

Regardless of fit, you'd have to consider would it stand up to the increased HP/TQ.

I am looking for an upgradded clutch for my car when the stock one goes. I have 35,xxx miles on the stock one now and it feels good, but i have a lot of bolt-ons and it does slip a little more than it used to. Is ACT good with just a moderate hp/tq bump, or should i just stick with stock? Thanks

The street clutch kit is a very good clutch all around. It will be a little stiffer than stock but will hold great with a good feel. There are some NA maxima's here on the org that are using this clutch and dont have forced induction nor nitrous. Hope this helps.

The answer is- NO! The '00-01 clutch is 240mm, the '02 is 250mm. The flywheel also carries a different part #.
