12,000 Mile Window Warranty
I just talked to the dealer that we dropped my girlfriends car off at to have the brake TSB taken care of. She also asked if they could take a look at her drivers side window because it makes noise. They said no problem. When she called to find out if her car was ready they said yes but we had a problem with the window and it does not fall into your 12,000 mile warranty, so there will be an $87.00 charge for the window “adjustment”
Does this seam valid? I have had it with this dealer, every time we bring the car in for service whether it’s for an oil change, warranty work or just to stop by the dealer to look at other car’s they always tell us that the car needs some type of work. I have never owned a Nissan and never will after this experience. If these cars need maintenance every time you do an oil change forget about it. I would rather ride my bicycle to work!

What do you mean only 12k miles? I thought the warrenty was 3/36,000. Or do you mean everything expendable is 12k as well. ex. wipers, brake pads, etc. Does that mean I can burn my tires to the belt and bring it back in for a replacement?
