**GReddy EVO problems - HELP!!**

I just installed my GReddy EVO last night and we saw that there wasn't a hole in the b pipe for the O2 sensor. Is there supposed to be one??? We had to take out the O2 sensor in order in install the exhaust. We were thinking that the check engine light would come on. At first, it didn't come on, but later it did and it stays on now. What should i do??

THe most important question is: Is there supposed to be a hole in the b pipe to screw in the O2 sensor? Mine does NOT have one! If there's supposed to be one, then GReddy f**ked up and I have to talk to Adam at AIE. He sold it to me on the group deal. I'm probably going to have to take off my b pipe and send it back huh? Damn it!

Hopefully you guys can give me some GOOd news on this.

i thought they came with no hole and if you needed one you went to an exhaust shop and had one put on for a few bucks. i know the one i got off ebay didn't have a hole but i didn't need one and cali spec 2k-2k1's don't have a post cat hole so i think that's why. just go to a shop and have one put in.

yes you need to get a O2 sensor bung put on. All of the greddy's come like that. Reason for that is because we have two spec ehxausts
cali and a fed spec. I needed one to.

Well, I'm glad I don't have to send it back. Can any muffler shop do this for me? They just drill a hole and tap threads, right?
Also, is it bad to be driving my car around without that O2 sensor in? Should I try to not drive the car until I get the O2 sensor bung put on?

Thanks

the one afgter the cat is for emmision only i think so it's not a huge deal, like it can wait a couple days, you might notice decreased gas mileage but as long as your carefull with the sensor you'll be ok, as they are like 120 a piece for the long wired ones. and yes any shop can do that.

I just had an extra O2 bung installed in my Y-pipe for wideband dnyo purposes. Some shops will know what your talking about and some won't-call around. I had to find a shop that specialized in performance exhaust.

Takes about 20 minutes to install, and cost me $35.
