Question about dealer servicing brake judder
My 2001 max has around 15k miles. I've noticed some brake judder every now and then (especially on highway, at higher speeds). I have an appointment with a dealer to fix them under warranty. Does the TSB on the brakes and the warranty cover actually having them install new rotors? Or does it just cover them turning the rotors to help brakes judder. I'd really like to know if I should demand having them replaced, or be content with them turning them. What have you all experienced with this?
Also, wind noise TSB. How do I approach this one with the dealer. I have noticed the noise at highway speeds. But major noise to me, may be a slight noise to them. How do I mention the TSB, then convince them on the proper work? Should I just reference the TSB #?
Finally, is there any good way to bring up the hood TSB? Is there a certain part they can just add. How do I coach them on this?

Re: Question about dealer servicing brake judder
First of all ... don't expect the dealer to cover the brake judder on your car. I have a 2k1 and they wouldn't cover it. The TSB is only for 2k. I know some people here have had it covered but I wouldn't count on it.
Also, just tell the dealer you have wind noise in the back windows at highway speeds. Thats all I mentioned and they fixed the problem with new seals in 45 minutes. You shouldn't have to referece the TSB.
