INJEN CAI Install

Im getting ready to buy the Injen CAI and I wanted to know if you have to make any holes in the car for it to fit like some of the other CAIs. The guy at Injen says I don't, but I'm ever the skeptic.

No holes in the car body to install. I promise, since it is sitting on the floor of my office right now. Buy it from Adventon.com

Tell George you came from Maxima.org.

$217.78...no heat shield...but why would you have a heat shield? The filter ends up below the motor and heat rises! Is there a heat shield for the Maxima intake from Injen?

thanks

Michael, thanks for the suggestion, adventon wound up saving me about $100 on my intake. Also, your man George was increadibly friendly and knowledgable, something that always sticks out when I buy anything.

Yeah, he's pretty solid when it comes to service. Big A+ for effort.

I just bought my Injen a few days ago and just installed it today. It only took me about an hour. Looks bad ***. I have the polished one with red hoses. I took off the Injen emblem that is on the intake. Pics soon
