For 2k4 Maxima owners. RPM Question.

I am just curious. At what RPM does your Maxima run when you are driving at 80 mph. I know the 5th generation with 4 speed automatic was at about 2900 RPM. I am curious to hear what RPM is observed on 4 speed and 5 speed automatics. Thanks for your time.

2800rpm @ 80 mph for the 4AT SL
2600rpm @ 80 mph for the 5AT SE

on 5speed auto, runs about 2800 for me on the highway at 80. (SE)

I guess my vg is geared TALL.

2500rpm@80mph.

checked again last night - it's probably more like 2700, but definitely higher than 2500.
