Trenz grill

Trenz.com has their grill(s) out for the 04 Maxima.

One is the old Altima style replacement from last year.
The other is the elliptical type shown below.

I don't think the pattern goes with the car, but just my thoughts.

I agree. After all the complaints about the stock grill, it seems as if know one can come up with anything better as of yet.

I second that. I still havent seen a grill that looks better than the stock one. They all look cheesy

Stock grill is awesome in my opinion. I think it is obvious by the fact that a better looking replacement hasn't come across that the stock grill is very integrated and fits the overall look of the car. I think it is perfect.

That is what I have been wondering. Why everyone is trying to improve on something that works so well with the car?

Because...I was one of those that was shocked by the look of the car initially. And a lot of that was directed at the grill concept. It was so NOT what I was expecting. Once I stepped back and took it all in, I was enamored with it, so, I got one. Now I think it is the most modern design on the road.

I still don't like it but I get a lot of complements on the car and specifically on the grille.
