New noise from front end

It sounds exactly like brake pads that are worn down to the noise indicators. Except it only does it when you are under slight acceleration. It will last half a second up to a solid three or four seconds. It is going in in the morning to get the hood painted and a few other minor items such as the Nav screen finger prints and rear parcel shelf rattle. I guess I will add this new problem to the list.

While we are on the subject of noises, anyone notice a strange sound from the front wheels/tires? It sounds like a moan or echo sound. If you tap the tires right in the middle of the treads, it makes a similar sound. It does this not so much when hitting bumps or pot holes but more like when driving over expansion joints.

I'm currently having this same problem. The noise is coming from the front right suspension. I had the dealer test drove my car twice with me inside the car and they can never detect the noise. I can notice it when i'm going over a continous bumpy roads. Sometimes it sounds like a worn struts. For those of you who are having this problem, please add your comments and let nissan find out what's causing this.
