The E&G Classics grill is a nice aftermarket possibility.... but I'm actually one of the apparent minority who actually like the OEM grill.

Has anybody painted the stock grille body color to match?

I think that might look really good!

Painted Grille

98maxse, Did you have any problems with the paint. How did you prepare the surface so it would adhere? jdc1203

Yes there were some problems getting the paint to stick.. The autobody tried like three times. The third time the paint held good. I dont know exactly how he did it.

I have that exact same grill on my Max. The dealer actually had it done to a few of their cars (I'm not sure who did it for them). However, like someone else posted, I've seen it on www.wooddash.com.

Good luck.
