Think I Burned a Fuse . . . Help!

I was installing the line driver audio booster from autotoys.com to my PAC-AUDIO AAI-NIS Auxiliary adaptor and when I was trying to hook up the red (power) and black (ground) to the DC power (aka cigarette lighter), all my outlets in the car stopped working. I think I burned a fuse or something because no matter what I try hooking up to the dc power, it won't work. Could it be a burned fuse? Which fuse is it and how do I fix this? I also have neons hooked up in the interior of my car and they stopped working also. Everything in my car that is hooked up to the DC power is not working. What do I do?
