Fog Light Burn Out

I've read posts before where people are having problems with their fogs always burning out. Has anyone found out what causes this? I installed PIAA bulbs back a little while ago and one just burnt out yesterday.

I went and bought some Philips Premium Plus 30 H3s. Not a single burn out since.
I bought from here:

i don't want to hear this. i guess all you can do is put the stocks back in and either they don't go (PIAA bulb problem, maybe you touched it or bad design?) or they go out and you have a problem.

Actually people have been reporting that the stock bulbs are burning out. Which leads me to believe that it's a problem with the electrical system and not the bulb.
