Powdercoat!

Guys,

I have backed out of a deal on some wheels on ebay. I got a little worried when I sent out my $$$ to this "dealer" out west. Once they received the check I was informed that I had to make out the Cashiers Check to the guys name wheo was handling the deal. So I got suspicious, and asked him to send the $$$ back so I could send him another check. He wont see it again.
Must be careful with EBAY!! He might be legit but it was 2k$ and im not about to find out the hard way. So my 20's are going to the back burner for now.

Here is my question: I would like to either chrome or powdercoat my factory wheels. Stock 18" SE wheels (2005 MAX). On ebay there is a chrome exchange program (LEGIT). My buddy has used them b4. Great people.
WHich way should I go? Chrome or powdercoated.

You can powdercoat alloys? I thought it was only to steel and that has to be bare-metal (clean).
