Best colour?

Sorry if this is a repost but i'm thinking of getting a 05 max and would like opinions on your guys favourite colour.
I was thinking black,it looks the sleekest...Also is it worth it to get a 05 over an 04?
Thanks

I personally like the Smoke, black looks awesome but nissan uses some sh1tty paint and it doesn't look good for long. I have majestic blue and it's a mess already. Stick to the lighter colors if you can. I agree though black does look the best, for about 10 minutes.

I agree... Winter frost. It always shines and it makes the car look somewhat larger. Heres a few pics:

Believe It Or Not I Like The Spirited Bronze. It Is Kind Of A Tease As A Color Depending On The Light That Hits It. I Would Have Taken Smoke Had They Made It When I Baught My Car But Instead I Went For The Spirited.
The Different Shades It Shows Is Pretty Unique..... I Have A Trenz Elliptica Grille On As Well As 18" Lexani Slate's And My Baby Loves The Attention! Get A Lot Of Complements

Winter Frost has got to be in the top three (winter frost, Smoke, or silver). Red Op looks great when its polished with the chrome wheels. Actually any color Max looks good when its clean. If I had a Pink one with 22" Chrome wheels everyone would probably laugh but at the same time say it looks good even though its pink.

I like my Spirited Bronze and know what you mean, the sun really changes the look of it. Ember is still my favorite though. You never see any of them.

Duh, Smoke.

Smoke can look grey, purple and brown depending on the lighting conditions.

Black is my favorite color but I had a '91 Legend that I kept immaculate and that paint was impossible to maintain. Every swirl and scratch stood out like a sore thumb.
I prefer silver now, the paint on my Max and my '03 F-150 are nearly identical.

Spirited Bronze. Beautiful, deep finish with lots of metallic. Looks good dirty, looks great clean.

Black is a bear to keep looking good. I promised myself 15 years ago to NEVER get another black vehicle, but I broke that promise and I now have a black Beemer in addition to the Max.

I've now promised myself that if I break that original promise again I'll hire some longshoremen to beat the **** out of me.

My opinion, Liquid Silver looks best with stock grille. Also, always looks clean.

nwmarkymax - Having lived mostly in sunny states (California, Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, etc), I've always kept to lighter colors. I have had seven silver cars, and that is my fav.

I notice you live in Canada, which means any color would be practical for you. All eight Maxima colors are very nice, but I feel the dark colors are more difficult to keep clean.

Liquid Silver, Spirited Bronze, Winter Frost and Coral Sand are the colors I prefer. Champaigne Mist (only available on '04s) is also OK.

At this time, it is difficult to say whether to get an '04 (should be available well below invoice) or an '05 (most dealers can now be talked down near invoice). If you do get an '04, try to avoid one with a VIN serial # below 900000.

mwmrktmax - I agree with several posters here that burnt ember is a really hot color for the 6th gen Maxima. Unfortunately (as you probably know), Nissan stopped building burnt ember Maximas at the end of July, 2003. It was a special introductory color. So don't look for a new burnt ember at your dealer.
