YES!!! The vehicle was declared a total loss.

Probably better that it was totalled. That was alot of damage. It would take a pretty good body/frame shop to get looking new again. Now your biggest problem is fighting with the insurance company to get a decent amount. Don't go with their first offer. It's usually a sucker offer.

Well at least you'll get a new ride out of it. I'd say buy it back from the Insurance company and part it out. Little extra cash in your pocket in the long run if ya do that. Good luck

Wow, I am surprised. But there is always a lot that you cannot see from the pictures. Do you know what the estimate to repair it was? I would be very interested as mine just had $13 THOUSAND in repairs done

Unless he buys the car back from the Insurance company, he can't sell anything. At least that's how it works here in NJ. Once the insurance company writes you the check, that's it. Given he can buy it back for pennies on the dollar but unless he does that,he can't part anything.
