New Year's Resolution...for your Max

What's up everybody. Well I've had my max for about 3 months, and besides the paranoia i suffer from reading about all of the problems with the car for some people, everything has been ok for me so far. I was just wondering what everyone's plans were for their max for the new year. I for starters am determined to get HID lighting in my vehicle, one way or another, possibly some rims and a billet grill. Have a great New Year and feel free to share some thoughts on your Max plans for 05...

I want to lower my Max before next summer and get new wheels and rubber.

But my new year's resolution is to not crank it every chance i get. Unfortunately is see this resolution lasting about as long as all the other resolutions i make every year !

We are in between storms here in so cal and I just went out and washed my car so she'd be clean cruising around on New Year;s eve!!!

There is not much more I can do for my car! I do everything I can for her now. She is staying in the driveway tonight!

I am no going to lower her though. Keep her mostly stock and just enjoy her!

I just today checked all the seals around the garage doors and windows so my Maxima won't have to endure the cold winds her northern siblings do. Spoil her? You bet!

I have alot of ideas but I know the funds won't be there. I really want to see what Active Tuning comes up with Grille wise for her. Other than that, I can't see the money being there for too much mods...besides, everytime I drive her I feel like there is a sign on her saying :attention . Why fix it if it isn't broken?!??!?!

oh and for lightonthehill you baby her waaay too much. That's just disturbing. (I'd do the same if I could )

Buying Gixxer1000, so she can rest a little more during this summer because I've been driving the H3!! out of her, 28200 miles in 1yr and 6mnts.
I think the avg is 12000 a year but that's so hard for me with Amber because I love to drive her.
Buying the bike this year will save on the milage and give the same thrills.

New wheels and shoes as well as tinting the windows and possibly a Trenz billet grill.

Im going to take better care of her, keep her cleaner and more immaculate than she usually is, and try to keep the milage lower. Gotta drive the other car more often, even though it hurts to be separated from the Max.

You'll jump in once Big H puts on a spring wheel special! I'm tempted to get new wheels too.

Hi Guys,

Happy New Year fellow Maxi - mites! I have a silver SE that's 2.5 months old, she has the Trenz grille in chrome from my 04 (No logo). This year I will add the Berk intake, Y pipe, rear y pipe (no pinching please), maybe go with a free flow cat. A FSB and that should do it...except maybe a turbo or the new SSR SC. ( I have a dark side ..LOL) However let the force be with you! Yes 350 at the wheels would be nice! even with all that torque steer....and I am keeping those nice 18" SE mags...they rock!
