I've installed alot of these stobe kits. I usually use the sho-me brand because they are what is used in police cars.

If you're looking for a show car, then I'd say that strobes are a must. They draw attention to the car and it helps you out with extra points when your car gets judged. If you have an alarm, you can hook them up to flash when you alarm goes off. They are also useful if you are on the side of the road and need help.

These are illegal to use when you are driving though. You will get pulled over if you use them while driving and can be hit with impersonating a police officer. The only other down side to them is that you have to drill a 1" hole in your lights. Whether it's your headlights or taillights, there is always a chance to get water in them. These have to be sealed correctly when they are installed.

yes, I can install them for you. How many stobes do you want? I'd recommend a 6 pack strobe kit but, at the least a 4 pack. Let me know.

I was giving this issue some thinking and couldn't figure out how to get the stobes inside the housing, since every light has its own housing...

bump for more info...
