The Stillen kit just bolts up to the original bumper. It's going to be hard to find someone here who wants to sell theirs.

Did you try eBay yet?

i had that happen on a lesser scale to the lower bumper, skid and hit some ice. But it was dented in, didnt want the rents to know so got my trusty hammer, and from inside, pushed/beat it out. U can probably get the dent out same way, may make it slightly better until u get a replacement.

Id first pop out the bottom plastic and the inside fender plastic, you can get at that area with you hand to push it out im sure...see what you can do with it before doin anything drastic. Wax and rubbing compound if needed will surely improve things to a point which you might be able to live with.
Looks like the metal fender is also dented...that sux

damn hit and runs. im calling insurance to see if maryland uninsured motor vehical insurance covers it. of course... im not telling them my name first.. i tried popping the dent out by removing the bumper.. and that plastic is pretty hard.. im gonna use a heat gun to heat it up and then pop it off..
