Got my car back from the dealership yesterday after they replaced both struts due to failure. The service manager said that he would never know that there are problems like that if patrons didn't let hi know, bull sh*t!!!! How can you not track service problems to identify trends, sometimes they think you are stupid. I told him that the forum has a list of problems that must of us have encountered and we are a little angry with the reliability of the 6th Gen max. He said he knew the max has some issues but they would correct any problem I had to keep me as a "happy customer". My wife has a 97 Nissan Quest with 127K miles on it and we have never had a problem, but my max seems to stay at the dealership. At least I got my car back.

First model year of any car will have some quirks to be worked out, especially complete redesigned ones.
