Front Strut Fixed, 3rd Time

HEY GUYS,
last week i got my drivers side front strut fixed AGAIN for the 3rd time!!! isntthere something i can say about this, isnt this part of the lemon law??? also I am happy to tell you guys that ALL my belts have been changed because ever since i got the car in march 2004 when ever i turn the AC on as soon as i start the car i got this crazy loud squeeling noise like my car was old or something, i could never make it happen at the dealer until last week, but now my car feels a lil slow 2 get moving and i have a 6mt. but about the strut, can i do something, someone please let me know
thanks

I think the lemon law comes into play when it has been a few times trying to fix it and the dealer hasn't.. but in your case it was a few times, but eventually they did fix the prob..

when you say "fixed again", do you mean the strut worked well after you leave the dealership, then it gets bad again? Or it never got resolved in the 1st place?

They replace the bad strut with a new one, the strut was good for awhile then it messes up again, the first two were because the struts were "faulty" if u recall they were recalled then it messed up again , i live in NY but i am never in brooklyn or bronx or the city i stay in Long Island so the streets are ok so there no reason my suspension should be messin up like that
