Its called the SHIMMY... Some Max have them, others don't (me included, DON'T). It is a combo of alignment and wheel issues with the Max and normally felt at about 50-60 mph, not recommending you speed, however above 60, it tends to go away. Lots of threads on this, those of you Org'ers with the Shimmy, enlighten our new member.

the 04 maxima has a pretty poor depreciation rate, compared to the 06 where they fixed alot of the problems

try kbb.com or NADA, every nissan service man will tell you or show you the number of TSB's on 04 maximas
