thinking about buying a 6th gen

Yea im considering to buy a 6th gen i have a 2003 SE already which i am keeping
but this is a 2nd car i know there are problems for the first year model... like i know that 02 and 03 have different maf. im looking at an 04 but if the 05 or 06 is diff i will buy that... if there were problems that were in the 04 thanks

Short: 05's have much fewer problems, if any, than 04's; but not all 04's have problems. Good luck.

I have an '04 and have had no problems, except:
Grill replacement (peeling)
Skyview replaced (recall)

That's it, I'd buy newer anyways if you have the opportunity...
