2 piece use stock MAF section, 1 piece has a cut out where you install the MAF sensor. 1 piece is an improvement over 2 piece, but would it even be negligible?

"Service Engine Soon" light came on for the first few days and went out. And I killed a new Avalon with it and my auto in 3.

...uhh, how fast are those Avalons anyway? Are they even a match for the 6th gen?

If I remember correctly, they have a point second advantage in 0-60.

Ya, imagine that coupled with an ECU? I'd rather have this than some BS intake. Though gotta love the sound a 3.5 makes when it switches over at 4k, just absolutely SICK. lol

I might be a test mule for the SE-R intake for cp-e if they don't have anyone else to do it. 3 hour drive for ~25 peak HP

reason for the big gain is, they give you a small ecu that fixes the A/F ratio, by doing this alone will give you hp all the way around + the intake it should be a good gain, but is all in the fuel ratio..

keep us updated..

Yup I'm just debating if I want to go with the tuneable or non-tuneable version. I think for simplicity's sake I'll go with the non-tuneable version. We shall see though.

one of the owners from INJEN left there to start the FUJITA company... so both are kinda the same, the fujita was built better, injen is now catching on to the better hardware and such..

it's pretty hard to get water in the engine - and it's impossible to get water in it just because it's raining hard

you basically have to submerge the intake (which is rather low compared to stock but not on the ground) or run through a ridiculously large puddle at a high speed
