this time ill do it, but pls search next time ive typed this about 300 times.

had berk intake, ce-y pipe, and removed resonator and added straight pipe under car....added mufflers car got slow as **** lost ALOT of low end torque...removed ce y-pipe and it was back to normal...nissan mechanic plus sales rep at magnaflow told me to do this because oem y pipe had the third cat on it...i needed that cat to give the car the amount of backpressure the engine needs.

You can get mangna flow mufflers, Maxchef, KCMax and a few others have done this. You are gonna wanna have a shop redo the stock pipes from the cat back but you are gonna wanna put another resenator on it or it will be loud unless that is what you want.

VERY VERY VERY LOUD on the inside!!! I got the cattman catback system and it comes with magnaflows. Some of the pinches in the catback pipes seemed to contribute to the backpressure that gives low end torque because it felt like I lost some when I installed the exhaust. Also, between 2000 and 2500 rpms there is a low drone that will rattle your teeth. I installed a dynamat trunk kit and it didn't seem to help much. This is with the cattman resonator, ao I don't recommend you go without one.

PS...it does sound 1000% better than stock

Damn it the whole thing is im not trying to loose power seems its better to leave our max stock for best performance. thats gay im getting pyst People say the Intake does not do **** and that people loose power, the y pipe is a pieace of **** it seems like the only things that worth fkin around with on our maxima is suspension and Ecu upgrade which i dont even know if that works.

PS

Would those be the mufflers
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Magna...66169621QQrdZ1
IS that the right size ?????

Thanks

i can say the way my car is setup now it is deffinatly running the best it ever did...havnt raced a stock one to see if its faster from the dead stop, but its still 100% not as perky when you first touch the gas. once the rpms are a little up there though i do think i have some advantage, unless its just the wicked sound making me feel that way. Either way i love how mine is setup rite now as does everyone else when the see it. ( or hear it)
