New Recalls? Rear Subframe and Lumbar?

I just got a call about some recall work for my vehicle.

I was told my entire rear subframe needs replacement, due to cracking. Maxima's and some 02-04 Altimas are affected.

Also something about replacing the lumbar support in the drivers seat too.

I checked the Recall/TSB lists and didn't see them in there. Could just be a Canadian recall.

Anyone else heard of these?

yes both are recalls we have had for some time..... dealership looks at the subframe only if you were from a place with salty roads and or high humidity places, however it is only a visual inspect so just keep an eye out when changing oil or sometime when it's up in the air..... as for the seat there is a recall for wiring issues but that also is just an inspect and can be fixed with a tiestrap.... well mine was anyway..... they said something about wires hanging that get pinched when moving the seat and can cause fires.... who knows.....
