Chernmax 6th Gen Dyno Numbers

OK, most have been waiting to hear the dyno results of my 6th Gen:

Mods on car include:
Injen CAI
UDR Pulley
Hotshot Headers (From Alti SE-R)
Greddy SP-II catback
APEXi-Super AFC-II computer
Ground wiring kit

I had the dyno done at Swift Racing Technologies (SRT) in Beltsville, MD
Temp was 92 degrees with 20% humidity

The first 2 pulls where to tune the Apex

The 3rd pull was FTW!!!

WHP 253.1 (AT THE WHEEL!!!)
TQ 249

Big thanks to RedlineMax, DA-Max and SRT for getting my 6th Gen to this point. RedMax will post the actual Dyno sheet sometime tomorrow because they did not give me a printout but a computer disk and RedMax has the program software to print it so I gave him the disk.

OK, I'm out of here...

I meant when (RPM) did those peak numbers occur... Ex 4900, 6200 ..

So... can those who want them, get the runfiles?

Very Impressive

CHERN! VERY GOOD STUFF!! WHAT DOES THE WHEEL HP TRANSLATE TO FLYWHEELS HP? This might be a redundant question, but how hard was the install of the SE-R headers, any mods to get them to fit? How does it feel with the headers?
Thanks

WHP does not equal Flywheel hp.

Autos are typically ~ 20%. But thats debateable.

SE-R ehaders = Altima Headers, as long as it has the 3.5L

OK, how about this, the HP numbers are at the wheel, the Altima SE-R only comes in a 3.5L

Crank numbers came in (around) about 303hp

I know that. What I was referring to is the Altima 3.5L = SE-R, header wise.

Great work... i wonder what Tek's numbers will be like if he does this mod with a tuned ECU... i know u have the AFC controller Chern but i wonder if the tuned ECU will have an even more positive feedback

I may still consider this as well to help with the speed limiter and maybe tweak the rev limiter...

That's unbelievable Chern! Congratulations. I Do you think that by adding a spacer before the headers you could have even more gains? Do you need to change the fuel injection system and get a bigger fuel pump? I understand that a flywheel based supercharger by a company called Antonov: ""Antonov Invents World's First Two-Speed Supercharger" could add 40 HP without making the power difficult to use on a FWD car. You should be able to get 300HP at the wheel with the new ECU? With an Antonov you increase low-end torque for the 0-60 times and then HP in the higher RPM's for the staying power on the 1/4 mile. Remember last year when I said 250 at the wheel is possible and I got banned for suggesting that? No one is laughing now! You helped me get the last laugh! I'm next in line for this mod! Which resonator did you go with? Once again....nice job!

An ECU alone or that S/C you mentioned? No way will an ECU add 47 whp.

it will probably kick out a tad more because of the advanced ign timing maps Techno is putting on there....plus depending on how "***** to the wall" or conservative they go with the tune. I made very few changes on Chern's AFC, maybe 2-4% changes from 4200-5800, if I can remember right I got the a/f down from mid 14's to around 13.0-13.5 in the quick 3 pulls so there wasn't much guesswork. it will be VERY interesting to see what Chris can do this Sunday whe we go to the track.

good to see our 10hr marathon install on Saturday was DEFINENTLY NOT in vain!
