if you got big hands it will be a harder job vs someone that has small hands.

once you get to the retaining clip, it will be held down by a screw on one side, unclip the side opposite of that wich has no screw but a tab. you just move it upward to it releases it and it should move like a door hinge after that, then the bulb will come out.
NOTE:
do not loosen the screw

Yeah mine lasted just over a year and that was running them pretty much all the time...as Tek said glad to have helped!!!

So finally, one of MY fogs have blown as well. Is the above procedure the same for changing out the fogs on a 2004 max? So all I have to do is remove the air filter housing and the fluid resevior and I should then gain access to the bulbs? By the way, the link for the diagram above is actually not working...
