Manual Shift **** removal

i'm curious if anyone would be able to help me , i looked at the instructions in the how-to section but that is for an automatic , i need to remove the shift **** to replace the trim peice and i can't figure out how to remove it , any help would be greatly appreciated

The whole **** itself screws off. It might be tight the first turn or so but it will come off that way.

i got it , thanks for the help guys , sorry for a newb question but i was getting so much conflicting info from people i know i just wanted to check with you guys first
