They were done by CustomLightz.com near Richmond VA, I drove down there and they did the entire mod, you should check out there web site: http://www.customlightz.com

Because I changed the inside color from chrome to semi-flat black, I just left a little chrome ring around the HID...

Yes, CustomLightz out of Richmond, VA. His cost more because he also got the side turn signal LED and the upper HID lens...

WHA WHA WHAAAT!? ...Man i hate alaska....i wanted to get my headlights simply painted black and these guys here wanted to charge me 500 ....you got all that for only 250? WOW Hopefully when i get to cali. i can get a good deal like that
