keyless

hey whats up everyone, new guy here, i wanted to know how do i tell if my car has the keyless entry module? I bought a remote but cant get it to work.

My car 06 SE.

You've got to be freakin kidding me. Newb, all the 6th gen's came with keyless entry.

how do i know which remote i need to buy? is there a certain model number?

Just approach the car and say "open sesame" and the doors should open....

That doesn't work on the 06's, only 04's with the shimmy option.

My open sesame command works just perfect. And with no shimmy either.

You need to have it programed to your vehicle, this way other's just can't go out and buy a FOB and open any Maxima they want!!!
