What is wrong here??

I just bought an 02 SE after looking hard at this...

I have the Carfax and all looks good there. Something must be wrong with this or about to go wrong, right? If anyone is near Cincinatti, it may be worth checking out. I was told that it was a 4 year lease and they took it as a trade in on a new honda.

the blue book that is close is the private party price. The dealer value was something like 18,900... I also checked dealers around that area and mine and there were about 5-6k more, a few with more miles.

Maybe it's been in an accident. Even if the frame was not bent if it's been in a major accident then the price will be low. If it is a lemon then you're asking for trouble. -> I would ask to see the service history on this vehicle. O4 had some issues. I had so many with mine that my dealer bought it back and put me in an 05 which I have been very happy with. Despite the fact that I've had to change the struts a few times, even the strut mounts and strut bearings and today my left tie rod is being replace under warranty. I still love my car.

I asked for the service records and the sales man said he could only get me a carfax report. I didnt want to drive to Cincy and find any problems. Also thought about possible bait and switch. "Oh, sorry that just drove off the lot. Here is another one for only 5k more" Being the first year of that model and after reading 25 pages of owner reviews on both, I think I did well on my 02 SE... I Freaking Love It!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably because of the mileage.

I just got an 04 SL loaded with 33k miles for 18,200. The dealer price is high, for 13k it was probably in an accident. Check for frame damage and make sure it mechanically sound.

Could be the dealer just can't sell the car and has priced it to move it, I have had several friends pick cars up for way less cause the dealerships sell MB or BMW and the normal people coming to those dealers are not looking for mint Nissans, Hondas or Toyotas

Drive through a Luxury car dealer and see what you find, I found a 96 6 speed Twin Turbo Supra with 17k on it that they had priced really low, owner traded it for an SL500 and the MB salesman had no clue
