Nismo exhaust

Is it true that a Nismo exhaust for an 05-06 Altima would fit our cars? And if so, would it be worth it?

I know a guy who owned a Altima SE-R and mentioned that the nismo exhaust could fit our cars. He brought this up because he came over to my house when I was ordering the Nismo cold air intake.

My tech said that the SE-R stock exhaust would be an exact fit onto our car, so I could only assume that the NISMO exhaust would bolt right up as well!

Doesn't make sense to me. Our cars are longer. Isn't our exhaust longer also?

Thanks bro..............

As for the initial question, if they are slightly shorter, should cost less than $100 dollars to have it lengthened by any good exhaust shop, my Greddy SP-II Catback was modified so the new Remus Mufflers could be installed and we had to cut and weld in 3 different areas and the total bill still came in at about $120. I say go for it and be the first!!!
