This is for all in NY NJ area. My 6 cd changer has not been working for a while now and the car is out of warranty. Does anyone know a good car audio repair shop I can take my MAX to?

 

Boomer McLoud, there should be one near you. Expensive, but they do it right. They installed my subs and dynamatted the trunk in less than a day,and made a custom mount for the subs too. Either that, or BestBuy usually has some good HU's, and you can haggle on the installation price

 

just came back after going to a few car audio shops in LI. no luck on trying to get it fixed. all said many people come in with the same problems on MAX. WTF! after looking into some after market indash dvd players I came across the Jensen VM9412. would like to get thoughts from other members on this indash what they know & if anyone already has it installed? I got a price tag of $600 installed with Ipod connection.

Im having the same problem with my 05...it started last October and lasted two months....it just started again 5 weeks ago and hasnt worked since then.
