Your first clue that these 2 are on different platforms/chassis' is the position of the front wheels, in relation to the front door and bumper. FWD front wheels sit further back to accomodate the engine and transmission. Though this will change as some car makers, like Audi, is working on a better weight distribution for FWD base vehicles.
