Camshaft position sensor...

Lately my '04 max has been hard to start after the engine is already warmed up, but still starts fine when the engine is cold. I researched the TSB's and saw one for a "hard to start when warm." It suggests replacing both of the camshaft position sensors. I priced them and they are not terribly expensive at $50.00 a piece, but how hard/involved is it to replace them? I would like to do it myself if I could but I don't have a service manual and don't know where around the engine they are, anybody do this yet?

anyone else with a "hard to start when warm issue" ? What mine actually does(when the engine is warmed up) is start but then immediately stall out, about 3-4 times, then starts when i give it some gas. Just trying to narrow down what it could be, don't really want to bring it to the stealership. I don't have a check engine light on by the way.

Actually they are quite easy to replace. One 10mm bolt & one electrical connector on each and they slide right out. You may have to remove some of the intake piping to access the rear one, but it is not that bad.

For the rear camshaft position sensor, is it the greenish color one?? This is the only one that I see attached with 10 mm bolt.
