need some advice please

i went to the dealership in the mrning just to let them tune the car up and i also let them know my cd changer isn't working. what they said:

- cd changer they said has a problem but since im over the milage my warrenty is dne and it will cost $400 for them to fix. any suggestions or tricks to get them to do it for free or for me to fix it?

its not a real big problem but i felt it was messed up. on the tune up paper it said that the cabin would be changed but once they called me back to pick they car up they said they didn't cause it was more expensive then before so its not included anymore. but i wasn't told so when i got the tune up or was their any paper saying so. can i call the nissan phone and argue to get one or no? and just so u know it cost bout 320 with tax for the tune up.

I would talk to the service manager if you havent yet and explain the situation. That you have owned nissan's all your life and recommend them etc....

[QUOTE=bdmaxima;6136185] QUOTE]

Are you talking about the in-cabin filter? Was the price quoted to you before the tune-up was with the filter? If so you have a case. They just can't run that BS if it was stated before hand. If not go to Autozone and buy the filter. You just have to take the glove box off. No more than 20 minutes.

Check here to see if he has one available.
