Like we talked about in person, I think the rear would benefit HUGELY if the bottom of it was raised so it doesnt look so bulbous and large. I think it should go up to the red line I drew. It would give it a much leaner appearance. (see below) I also believe that putting in a crease where the black line is, like the 07+ Maximas would further lean out the rear and make it really really sharp looking.

I also think that the sides should be leaner and angled sharper upwards so it doesnt look so thick. A small mesh vent would help out more like is on the side skirts.

I see what you are talking about but where will you put the muffler pipes ?
if you look close the brown paper is where the pipes are, so how would you raise the bumper ?

Funny you should bring that up. I was on my way home last evening and I was driving behind a Lexus like that one and my immediate thought was this project of MAX2DAMAX's... Those exhaust tips would look hot on his Max!

That front bumper is looking sweet. Good job.

Question: how will the fogs look like, better yet fit like.

Maybe you can do a photoshop trick.

Also,
I definetly would like to see some sort of mesh in the middle opening, something like the Active Tunning grille. will you be fitting anything like that ?

thanks,
Scrui.

I believe they will come with mesh on all holes, as far as the fog lights, I guess it'll be up to the owner, we can fit different shapes and sizes on those holes, I am looking though for set that fits just right

The red line is the what the border of the center should be:

But the whole lower assembly needs to be raised as indicated by the red line in post #161!!!

Yes your right I think the center part shouldn't be that thick I didn't say anything to them cause they are still working on the diffuser, so I know that the center part will change, don't know how yet but it will. about the height not much we can do really if we want to wrap the exhaust around the bumper.

You can still wrap the exhaust around the bump by just modding the exhaust slightly like this gorgeous Maserati Gran Turismo:

Deus don't do that to me man!, I think I just wet my pants...

ok back to reality, I got final pictures for the front and rear, trust me Deus I really did consider you proposal, but after thinking about a couple times and talking to ED, a change like that would delay the project quite a bit, as the original photoshop called for a wrap around the stock mufflers, and thats what the builder stuck to throughout the whole project, and actually im really happy on how the the rear and specially the front came out.

well here it is, photoshopers UNITE! and put the rear on Deus's car

please say they are going to be urethane, it is well worth the price. i remember back in the civic days, i got the wings west avenger kit [urethane] and i was on coilovers sittin pretty low and i accidentally dipped and the bumper just had some paint chips in the middle where my intercooler was. at that moment i thought, if i had a fiberglass one, id be cryin right about then. again, well worth the price.

now, who wants to buy an 08 oem painted bumper, lol!

max2damax is your company planning on making the from bumper fog lights as well? i saw that u mentioned l.e.d;s and i just thought of a idea. idk who would agree but i think having l.e.d's all around would look sick like the audi r8 has.

i don't know how to photoshop but if some1 could try it out, that would help ppl get what i mean.

They wont be made from urethane, but close, they'll be made out of Duraflex, which is lighter than urethane and its also very flexible and wont crack like fiberglass.

What was the hood going to cost and how much do I need to send you for a deposit for the next ones coming in? I may also go for the front and rear later.
Thanks for all the work you put into the project to get this out to others.

I tried to explain the reason behind the fact that the bumper didn't change much from the original design on my comment below, Also the main reason the brake line was added was because I wanted to make the bumper look as small as possible, there was another proposed brake line on the side of the bumper like you line shows, decided not to put it in cause it might be to radical for some people, the good thing is that it can be added pretty easy by a body shop,

Deus don't do that to me man!, I think I just wet my pants...
