It's in the shop now, tranny upgrades include beefed up valve body, torque converter and clutch pack and some other minor things.

Also now that the tranny is dropped, I'm now able to install the rear (front is installed already) Racingline Motor Mount Insert (MMI) which will stiffen up the engine a bit more...

Still a 2" drop up front but I jacked the back up to stock height for a more level stance. After shaving the front RLM bumper 1-1/2" I now have 5-1/2" of ground clearance up front.

Hey Chern... When you get the rear MMI's done, can you inform if there is a difference in the engine shake when starting the car?

Chern, you are automatic right? I didn't realize stronger tranny aparts are available. Would elaborate a little more on your new valve body, torque converter, clutch pack and other parts for your tranny?

Yes 5AT

When I get the 411 I will post the info, places like Level 10 tranny and Speed Force Racing know what is needed but they guard the info like some State secret (because they want me to ship my tranny to them and I already have a more than qualified tech to do mine right where I live). So currently I'm doing research with my tranny guy trying to locate said parts. If the're out there, I'll find them...

I know you will. The way our tranny's are dropping there will definitely be a market for better parts. I plan on keeping my car for a long time, unfortunately I don't have a lot of faith in the rebuilt tranny the dealership put in my car . I am expecting at some point, I will probably need to replace it again. By then it will be out of pocket expense, but maybe by then we may be able to rebuild them "better, stronger, faster" LOL.

When you're dedicated to a project ANYTHING is possible, when SOOOOO many said a turbo 6th gen was impossible I made believers and fools out of numerous members of 3 different Maxima forums, these projects are not easy nor cheap so with that said, my easiest day is always yesterday...

For the Hawp HPS, about $89 for Fronts and $65 for rears...

My EBC Ceramic "Red Stuff" pads cost more and quality made in England...
