07 maxima, should I get this fixed?

Should I take this in to get fixed? It should be covered by warranty right? At first it was just small piece sticking out, but over time it got bigger and bigger. Now its actually pretty annoying. Will the dealer fix this? Car only has like 8k miles, its an 07. Well more like they better fix it, hope they don't try to say "I disassembled it" and thats why its there..anyhow yeah, will the dealer fix this/ do you think its worth it...

is that ****...warranty it!

Just make sure you don't have a CAI because they will say that the excess vibration caused things to rattle loose in the cabin...

Before you go to the dealer take a piece of paper or a credit card and see if it can slide/be pushed back in cause thats probably what they will do

Same thing is happening around my nav screen. I covered a small flat screw driver with some cloth and worked it back in.

Your car is covered bumper to bumper for the first 12,000 miles.

Why do people with brand new or nearly brand new cars ask about whether they should get something like this taken care of by the dealer? i guess I don't understand the apprehension.

listen man, you have 3 year/36000 mile warranty and it's bumper to bumper some things like brakes etc maybe only the first 12000 mile or 1 yr but basically it's 3yr/36000. i say take it in as long as you did not try messing with it and did that then you are covered and even if it's your fault you can argue because you have 3/36 warranty. So quit pondering it and take it to the dealer.

Because with some dealers you wouldn't take it in for something this small only to have other shi-t screwed up with.
